We are lucky to have a wealth of cricketing facilities in our local area that our juniors can use, including:
King George’s field is the club’s main ground and is the location of the Club House. It is located next to Sonning C of E Primary school.
The address is King George's Field, Pound Lane, Sonning RG4 6XE.
Approaching from the A4 turn into Pound Lane at the Woodley/Sonning roundabout towards Sonning village. After approximately 250 yards you will reach a zebra crossing – turn left immediately after this crossing, into Ligugé Way. The car park for King George’s field is immediately on the right.
Reading Blue Coat School has a number of different facilities that the club has access to. The cricket nets and main cricket pitch, in front of the Pavilion, will be used for some of our Friday evening training. We hold our U7s Sunday morning coaching sessions in the lower grounds to the right of the drive, as well as some of our junior matches on the astro-turf pitch in the lower grounds. We also use the astro-turf pitch in the field across the road next to Ali's Pond for some of our junior games.
The address of the main school is Sonning Lane, Sonning, Reading RG4 6SU.
Approaching from the A4 turn into Sonning Lane. The School is about ½ mile on the left. As you drive down the main school driveway you will see the cricket Pavilion and Main Cricket pitch on your left. Carry straight on past the pavilion to reach the car park. As you approach the car park, the astro-turf pitch is on the right of the driveway in the lower grounds.
When using Ali's Pond pitch please park at Berkshire County Sports, Sonning Lane, Sonning, Reading RG4 6ST

As you turn into Berkshire County Sports from Sonning Lane, Ali's Pond pitch is in the field directly on your left. Please note that a parking permit is required when using Berkshire County Sports - see here for parking permit.
Just under 5 miles down the A4 towards Maidenhead, we have secured the use of the grass wickets at Knowl Hill CC for some of our junior games.

Approaching from Reading along the A4, approximately 1 mile after driving through Hare Hatch and shortly after passing Castle Royal Golf & Country Club on your right, the road bends to the left and entrance to Knowl HIll CC is on the left side of the road through a metal gate. Please take care when approaching as the entrance doubles back from the road. There is parking on the grass around the edge of the pitch.
Waingels College Sports hall is the venue for our indoor nets and we now also have access to new grass wickets as well as an astro-turf pitch.
The address is Waingels College, Waingels Road, Woodley, Reading RG5 4RF.

Follow the road round to the right as it becomes Tippings Lone and then turn left into Denmark Avenue. Next turn right into Waingels Road and the School is about 350 yards on the left. The sports hall is at the back of the site and outdoor cricket pitches are at the back of the site..
Approaching from Charvil along the A4, follow signs to Charvil at the Texaco/Wee Waif roundabout turning left into Old Bath Lane. At the mini-roundabout turn right into Park Lane.
