The dates and timings shown below are our current planned 2024 sessions.
We run training sessions for the U7s on Sunday mornings from May onwards and we are pleased to announce that professional coaching will again be provided at these sessions by Pure Cricket Academy.
For U9s and above we provide both winter and summer coaching sessions (led by coaches from Pure Cricket Academy) as well as playing friendly and league matches in the Berkshire Youth Cricket League ("BYCL"). We currently have multiple-teams registered in the U9, U11, U13 and U15 divisions. In addition, juniors older than 13 are frequently offered the opportunity to play in our adult sides.
We also have an U11 Girls Soft Ball Cricket team who are entered into the BYCL U11 Challenge League and who train on Tuesday evenings at King George's Field.
During Friday night summer training sessions at King George's Field the Club bar will be open, and when the weather is set fair we will also light up the BBQ, so don't just drop them off but stay and sample the atmosphere!
This year our indoor training will be split into two sessions for a number of age groups (see below) to limit group sizes and ensure that we provide high quality coaching.
The outdoor training is also weather dependant. Where possible we will rearrange any cancelled sessions and so the dates below may be extended.
