Sonning finished their campaign with a flourish despite fielding a severely weakened team against Peppard.
And the key to their 68-run success was an unlikely source as Duncan Parr picked up 7-39 to help skittle Peppard for 152.
Earlier, Former Durham University opener Tom Allen hit a high class 101 not out to lead Sonning to 220-7, JJ Harris chipping in with 64.
Ronnie Brock struck a half century as Peppard's reply got off to a solid start but Parr, who is more renowned for his batting than his bowling, then took charge with his slow off cutters.
With Latif Gohar also bowling impressively at the other end, Peppard soon started to hole out as they finished well short in their final fixture.
